ATS Resume AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website atsresumeai.comand the ATS Resume AI application (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account via Google or GitHub OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from the identity provider. We do not receive or store your password.

2.2 Resume & Job Description Data

When you use the Service, you may upload resume files (PDF, DOCX, TXT) and paste job descriptions. We process this text using OpenAI's API to generate analysis scores, optimized resumes, and cover letters. Uploaded files are processed in memory and are not permanently stored on our servers. If you choose to save a “base CV,” the text is stored in our database and associated with your account.

2.3 Usage & Billing Data

We track the number of AI generations you use each month to enforce fair-usage limits. Payment processing is handled entirely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not collect or store credit card numbers or bank details. Paddle may share limited transaction data (e.g., customer ID, subscription status) with us via webhooks.

2.4 Automatically Collected Data

We may collect standard log data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited. If Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics is enabled, cookies may be used for analytics purposes.

• Provide and maintain the Service, including AI-powered resume analysis and optimization.
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• Process payments and enforce subscription limits.
• Respond to your support requests.
• Improve our Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
• Send transactional emails related to your account or billing (we do not send marketing emails without consent).

We share data with the following third-party services only as necessary to operate the Service:

• OpenAI — Resume text and job descriptions are sent to OpenAI's API for analysis. OpenAI's data usage policies apply. We use API-only access, which means your data is not used to train OpenAI models.
• Paddle — Payment processing. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and has its own privacy policy.
• Google / GitHub — OAuth authentication providers.
• Supabase — Database hosting (PostgreSQL).
• Vercel — Application hosting.

We retain your account information and saved base CV for as long as your account is active. AI-generated results (optimized resumes, cover letters, scores) are returned directly to your browser and are not stored server-side beyond the duration of the request. You can delete your saved base CV at any time from the app. To delete your account entirely, contact us at support@nocodebee.com.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption in transit, encrypted database connections, and secure environment variable management. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Data portability.

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). If Google Analytics / GTM is enabled, third-party analytics cookies may be used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
